Finca La Atalaya is a limited edition, born from the meticulous selection of the limestone-rich lands of the "La Revilla" estate, located in Páramo de Piñel de Arriba at over 900 meters above sea level. These limestone soils, with low yields, provide the wine with a firm structure and a marked personality. The vineyards, with an average age of 25 years, are cultivated in goblet form for the Tinto Fino and in trellis form for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

The production process of Finca La Atalaya is traditional and careful. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a selection of Tinto Fino plots are vinified separately, using native yeasts and adjusting the vinifications to the specific characteristics of each plot. In the most limestone-rich plots, macerations are longer and carried out at a slightly higher temperature, allowing for the extraction of the full potential of each variety.

The time spent in barrels is a determining factor in the quality of this wine. Finca La Atalaya spends around 15 months in barrels, mainly French oak and American oak, followed by a rest of at least 12 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
