The Gran Reserva mackerel has a high content of vitamins, minerals, and Omega 3. This blue fish is artisanally caught in Cadiz between the months of September and November. The mackerel fillets in olive oil are prepared and packaged by hand. Mackerel (Scomber Colias) is a blue fish from the Scombridae family, to which other fish such as tuna and bonito also belong, available in various formats at the Consorcio Gran Reserva Store.
