How to use:

COMPRIMIDES: take 4 tablets a day, spread over the three main meals. Average content per daily dose of 4 tablets (2.2 g): magnesium 340 mg (91% NRV*). CRYSTALIZED: One dessert teaspoon per day (dissolved in water, orange or lemon juice). Average content per daily dose of 1 dessert teaspoon (2.5 g): magnesium 300 mg (80% NRV*).
