Mallow contains active principles such as tannins, mucilage, malvina and vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. This medicinal plant has anti-inflammatory, demulcent, antitussive, laxative, mucolytic, hypoglycemic, diuretic, emollient and antiseptic action.

How to use:

Infusion, (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon of plant per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take up to 3 cups a day. External use: gargle.
