Ingredients

Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent: gum arabic, magnesium glycerophosphate, Aquamin® Mg (magnesium hydroxide), coating agent: fatty acids, gelling agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose, colorant: calcium carbonate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12.

Composition (2 tablets):

• Magnesium (52%): 200 mg
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) (200%): 2.8 mg
• Vitamin B12 (MecobalActive®, methylcobalamin) (2000%): 50 µg

Directions for use

Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably with a meal and a little water.
