Its plantation is in glass, in calcareous clay soil of an average size of 0.30 hectares and an average yield of 4,000 kg/ha. It is manually collected in 15 kg boxes and is manually selected in selection tables. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperature control and malolactic fermentation in casks.
Pairing: Roast lamb, grilled red meats, stews, roasts, small game, cured cheeses.
Intense cherry-coloured bright. On the nose it is notable for its ripe fruit aroma, sweet spices with a touch of creamy, earthy oak. Its passage in the mouth is tasty and enormously fruity. Ripe tannins mark their meatiness. Aged 12 months in fine-grained French oak.
