This chamomile is aged for 2 years under a flower veil in the soles and criaderas of American oak boots.We are faced with the first ecological chamomile in the history of the Jerez framework, it complies with all European organic products regulations.
Organic Chamomile enthusiasticisgolden yellow, bright and vivid. On the nose are floral notes and those of biological breeding, maintaining a fruity that brings freshness, with a more citric profile, but with nuances of ripe fruit. In the mouth it becomes drier, less glyceric, and its passage becomes longer and persistent, being able to clearly appreciate the aromatic notes mentioned above.
