Marques de Riscal Reserva Magnum 1.5L

Marques de Riscal Reserva Magnum 1.5L is a red wine from the Rioja designation of origin made by Herederos del Marqués de Riscal.

The Marqués de Riscal reserves are basically made from grapes from Tempranillo vines planted before the 1970s, located in the best calcareous clay soils of the Rioja Alavesa.

This variety supportsaging in wood and bottle aging well thanks to its good acid balance and its fine tannicity.

TASTING NOTES OF MARQUES DE RISCAL RESERVA MAGNUM 1.5L Marques de Riscal Reserva is very covered cherry color, intense and with hardly any signs of evolution.

On the nose it is very expressive with notes of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper, where the long aging in wood is barely noticeable, thanks to its great complexity and concentration of ripe fruit.

The palate is fresh, with very pleasant polished tannins, with a good structure but easy to drink. The finish is long and leaves some balsamic memories of high quality.
