We present them in pickled sauce made entirely in our facilities from natural products. The raw material used is the live and fresh mussel (Mytilus Galloprovincialis). Our handmade elaboration together with the selection of a large calibre mussel, within an environment that gives priority to the extraction of small mussels, means that this product is in great demand, which we cannot always meet
