INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Melatonin 1mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) 174.05 mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) 174.05 mg, Vegetable gelatin 100 mg. INDICATIONS: Improves symptoms of jet lag (fatigue, insomnia, headaches, irritability, decreased immunity, and difficulty falling asleep). Increases sleep quality. Mild hypotensive, sedative, and muscle relaxant. Has antioxidant activity.
