It is a artisanal mezcal fermented in cylindrical tubs of pine wood and with a double distillate of discontinuous form in copper stills.
Mezcal Alipús San Baltazar Joven is distinguished by aromas of acetone and green herbs. In flavors, sweet fruit (light coconut tone) and then delicate in spices that lead to a long finish.
