Mezcal Los Danzantes Joven
Mezcal Los Danzantes Joven is a mezcal made with a special selection of agave from the Oaxaca valley. Cooked in a conical underground oven made of river pebble stone, with mezquite wood. Milled in a Chilean tahona pulled by a horse. Fermented in pine vats, slowly and naturally (without accelerators) and with classical music to aid the cycle of microorganisms, and double distilled in copper stills.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: It is colorless.
Nose: Balanced and friendly scents of green herbs and cooked maguey with light hints of acetones.
Palate: Refined flavors, light but accentuated with hints of herbs and citrus, giving way to sweet tones and a persistent finish on the palate with flavors of cooked agave and mezquite smoke.
