Osborne Foundation and Cerveza Mica have created a joint project that has resulted in
Cerveza TORO, a beer made with natural ingredients and matured in centenary sherry casks, which contains the essence of two worlds, beer and wine:
- Straw yellow color almost golden and super clear for an unfiltered and natural beer
- Aromas fruity, herbaceous hints from the hops with little touches offresh bread dough and yeast
- Mouthfeel harmony and freshness, but above all a very pleasant flavor from the hops typical of this Pilsen beer, with delicate dry hints of almond so characteristic of fine wine, which appears to give it a perfect acidity.

Will pair with appetizers, all kinds of pickles, toasted nuts or a good Iberian acorn-fed ham.
