It is a whiskey Single Malt with an aging of between 12 and 27 years in oak barrels, resulting from a cognac. It uses a distillation method that involves a unique crushing of "Malt" (germinated beer). The distillation process is carried out in the distilleries Meldrum House Old Meldrum in Scotland and Le Molet Bouze lès Beaune, in France.
