Mini-baguette: a small baguette in a convenient package with two separate pieces. Once toasted, the gluten-free Schar mini-baguette will remain crispy for hours.

Ingredients:

corn starch, water, sourdough 19% (rice flour, water), rice flour, vegetable fibers (psyllium, bamboo), high oleic sunflower oil, soy protein, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; rice starch, corn germ, yeast; rice syrup, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide).
