Serenotte melatonin 1.9mg is useful for relieving the effects of JetLag and helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

Ingredients:

Sweeteners: xylitol, mannitol; stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; lemon flavor; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin.

Composition (1 tablet):

Melatonin 1.9mg

Directions for use:

1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. In the presence of jet lag (time zone disorientation), it is advised to take 1 tablet (1.9 mg of melatonin) before bedtime on the first day of travel and continue for a few days. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin.
