Tasting notes

Mature fruity with medium-low intensity, with notes of tomato and garden fruits, like artichoke. Certain tones with a slight smell of spices appear.

Its organoleptic characteristics make it the perfect EVOO for home cooking, to be used regularly in all dishes. We recommend its use for red meats, aged cheeses, potatoes, dressings, salads, and very interesting for frying due to its great stability at high temperatures.
