Molino Real is a sweet white wine from the D.O. Malaga produced by the Telmo Rodríguez Wine Company. It is a wine from highly selected old vineyards with a short production. A surprising muscatel, with great personality. It has been aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
The grapes are dried in the sun for 2 weeks to have a higher sugar concentration.
Appearance: It has an intense golden colour, with amber hues and bright reflections that denote its density and prolonged ageing.
Nose: On the nose, it is a complex and expressive wine, with intense aromas of ripe fruit, such as apricots, quince and tropical fruits, together with notes of honey, white flowers and a subtle citrus touch. Toasted and spicy nuances are also perceived, such as vanilla and nuts, derived from its ageing in barrels.
Palate: On the palate, it is unctuous and silky, with a notable freshness that balances its natural sweetness. The flavours of candied fruit intertwine with notes of caramel, honey, and floral hints, providing a complex and harmonious taste experience. Its finish is long and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste that leaves a sensation of freshness and dried fruit.
