Monovarietalis Verdilla is an extra virgin olive oil made with cold extraction and exclusively mechanical procedures.
It is part of Monovarietalis, a collection of Premium oils with which, each season, we present the earliest and most carefully made oils.
The oils in the Monovarietalis collection do not contain any additives. The different characteristics of each extra virgin simply vary because each oil is extracted from a different variety of olive and choosing its moment of harvest.
The extra virgin olive oil Verdilla from Monovarietalis is a juice with a medium-high fruity flavor. Highly recommended for toast at breakfast, salads with fresh cheese, and cooked vegetables.
