The distillery is located in the center of Los Molinos, a town in the northwest of the Community of Madrid
The main distinguishing feature of its products is the use of water from the Sierra de Guadarrama, one of the best in Europe due to its low mineralization, at each stage of production Another distinguishing feature is the intertwining of the activity with the natural landscape of the Sierra de Guadarrama, which involves the use of water from the mountains directly in the distilled product, but also conveys certain values related to craft production, away from industrial mass production.
