Traditional Belgian style beer, commemorating the 15th anniversary of Cerveza del Montseny based on the "Klaus Triple" recipe, winner of the 1st Homebrewer Contest organized by Cervesa del Montseny:
Complex bouquet with a strong spiced character, where clove and fruity esters stand out, and where banana predominates but also citrus fruits like orange.
Floral, spiced, and perfumed hop character, and light malt, with a smooth impression reminiscent of honey.
The color is deep yellow, with a creamy and persistent white foam.
Pairs well with Belgian abbey cheeses such as Chimay or Westmalle, the combination of the beer's malt complexities with the richness and creaminess of abbey cheeses can be extraordinary.
Technical Information:
ABV (Alcohol by Volume): 8.5%
