Color: amber - dark amber.
Aroma: floral, with a clear and marked woody component, reminiscent of dry wood. Thousand Flower honey comes from several simultaneous flowerings and presents a very variable color and flavor.
Taste: sweet with salty notes, and often with bitter and acidic notes depending on the area.
Texture: tendency to low crystallization, except if it has a significant accompaniment of legumes.
Color: very light amber.

Production area: Mountainous areas in the central and Northern peninsula.

Color: Variable depending on botanical origin, generally dominated by yellow or brownish-yellowish-orange, but can also be dominated by greenish, dark bluish, or whitish hues.
Aroma: Floral and earthy
Taste: more or less sweet, depending on floral origin, with acidic notes if it contains heathers or heaths. Bitter notes in the case of having grasses, brambles, or meadow legumes.
Texture: earthy in the mouth, when the pellets are moistened and the microscopic pollen grains that compose them disintegrate.
Production area: Entire Iberian Peninsula Production period: Spring and summer.
