Color: amber - dark amber.
Aroma: floral, with a clear and marked woody component, reminiscent of dry wood. Wildflower honey comes from several simultaneous flowerings and presents very variable color and flavor.
Taste: sweet with salty notes, and often with bitter and acidic notes depending on the region.
Texture: tendency to low crystallization, except if accompanied by a significant amount of legumes.
Color: light amber; sometimes, when mixed with broom or heather, slightly darker.
Aroma: wet wood, very intense and persistent.
Taste: sweet, with slight acidic notes, and if accompanied by broom or heather (darker), slight salty notes. Increased olfactory sensation in the retronasal passage.

Color: light amber.Aroma: floral, with a clear, intense and persistent component of methyl anthranilate.Taste: Sweet, very characteristic flavor, smooth and exotic, with very pronounced acidic notes and different from other honeys with a clear, intense acidic component. Increase in retronasal olfactory sensations.Texture: slow crystallization and fine crystals.Production area: Southern Extremadura, Andalusia, and the Southwest coast.Harvest: Spring
