PREPARATION
In a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté the risotto and season to taste. Add a splash of white wine until it evaporates. Gradually add hot water (a little more than twice the amount of product), stirring constantly for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in about 25g of butter and a couple of tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
