This wine is the creation of Narupa Vinos, who wanted to create an Albariño that expresses the character of the variety and the region. To do so, they follow organic farming principles and aim for residue-free results.
Salicornia is the result of a careful process of pre-selection of the grapes in the vineyard, starting with manual harvesting. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 500 and 600 litre French oak barrels.
