This cream has the texture of a mousse, very different from everything else on the market. The pistachios come from the Ciudad Real area (Castilla la -Mancha) of the Kerman variety. To make it, it goes through the mill 5 times to achieve a perfect texture. It only contains 2 ingredients: pistachio and peanuts in equal parts.
