It is an inactive yeast with a mild flavor. It is cultivated and processed specifically from primary yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The yeast is dried in a drum roller to form homogeneous flakes. It provides a slightly yeasty flavor and a light beige color.
It provides a source of natural, easy and reliable fibers, and high-quality proteins that are easily assimilated.
High in thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, iron, potassium.
