This extra virgin olive oil comes from our Picual variety olive trees. We select our olives when they are in January (when they are not yet black) and then we cold press them on the same day of harvest. In this way, we obtain this exclusive Premium Extra Virgin with a flavor and aroma so intense of fresh fruit. Our Picual is characterized by being an oil with a lot of body. It is perfect for those looking for an oil with intense flavor as in the mouth you can feel its sweet fruity, slightly bitter and slightly spicy taste. This spicy sensation disappears after a few seconds. When smelling it, you can appreciate its elegant notes of rosemary, thyme, and mint in a rich way. In appearance, our Picual shows an intense bright green color.
