The Premium Picual EVOO is a unique oil that requires a special bottle with a design inspired by the Cathedral of Baeza. In order to obtain Olibaeza Premium EVOO, an Integrated Production control system is used to carry out strict environmental and quality controls. The process takes care of the quality of the olive grove, the olives and the extra virgin olive oil. This oil is harvested and extracted in the first harvest carried out at the beginning of October

The product is extracted from olives of the Picual variety, which gives us an EVOO with fruity connotations ideal for raw consumption. Within the culinary field can be used for all kinds of dishes, but to enjoy its flavor and aromatic notes, it is recommended for use as a dressing on salads and all kinds of cold dishes

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is presented in a 500 ml bottle, with an elegant design and easy handling.

TASTING NOTES

On the nose it is a fruity green olive with herbaceous and vegetable aromas such as tomato, reminiscent of the plants that cohabit with our olive groves, along with slightly riper notes of fresh fruits such as apple, mango, green banana and almond. On the palate it is sweet on entry and recalls the same sensations perceived on the nose. Light bitterness and spiciness. Very balanced, with almond aftertaste and a delicate and elegant persistence over time
