This is an organic production of asparagus from Navarra in the town of ANDOSILLA, where the farmer Resano collects the asparagus, sells it to us and we pack it and sterilize it by purely physical methods. In this way, the product is covered by the Denomination of Origin Navarra and certified by the Council of Ecological Agricultural Production CPAEN. The union of the two Councils means that the asparagus has a very small "carbon footprint", i.e. the amount of energy used in its production and measured in the form of petroleum derivatives is very small
