All ourrice comes from certified organic farming Riet Vell has a 52 ha estate (see location), enabled as a orbithological reserve thanks to a land stewardship agreement with SEO/BirdLife. Of this area 42 ha are dedicated to rice fields and the remaining 10 ha to the restoration of an interesting wetland that over the years has become one of the best areas of the delta for the observation of waterfowl.
