Coconut sugar derived from extracting the coconut flower. 400 gram container.
Coconut sugar is a product derived from extracting the sap from the coconut flower and heating it to evaporate most of the water. This process retains some of the nutrients from the flower and produces a sweetener that can have a crystalline texture similar to brown sugar, with a slight toasted color and aroma.
In addition, it has more nutrients than other sweeteners, has a low glycemic level, and provides calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.
Usage:
It can be used like traditional sugar to sweeten coffee, milk, yogurt, and as an ingredient in pastry recipes such as flan, cakes, muffins, cookies, etc.
