Take 1 teaspoon of this flour in your muesli and hunger will be reduced. Perfect for making crackers, pizza dough, desserts... It can be added to cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, or added to flour when preparing bread or cakes. When baking, it can be substituted for 10-20% of flaxseed flour. Due to its high swelling capacity, the amount of liquid added to the dough should be adjusted accordingly. It can be used as a replacement for hen's egg or to thicken sauces or reduction broths.
