Organic honey, 100% Spanish product from the province of Leon, harvested on our own. Forest Honey is a honey with a very dark color, and a stronger aroma and flavor than the honeys we usually know. It is great as a dietary supplement and to incorporate into any type of diet. It doubles the number of antioxidant properties that the rest of honeys have, although not many people know of its existence. All of this is caused by the fact that it is a honey that is in contact with many different plants and trees (such as blackberries, chestnuts, oaks, heather...)
