The piadina is a thin, pre-cooked dough of Italian origin.

Piadina made with Kamut wheat flour. Like fajitas or tortillas, it is ideal for a quick meal, snack, breakfast, snack or appetizer. It can be filled with sweet or savory ingredients.

Ingredients:

Khorasan KAMUT® wheat flour* (62%), water, vegetable oil (from sunflower seeds)*, salt, natural flavor*

Usage instructions:

Heat on a griddle or non-stick pan for one minute on each side, place the ingredients on top and then roll or fold the piadina. It can also be consumed cold.
