Directions for use
Use amazake as a sugar substitute (especially in smoothies and ice cream), as an alternative to eggs, or as a base for cakes, desserts, or cookies. It is also delicious in pancakes or for breakfast. For 1 egg, use about 50g of amazake. If replacing sugar, start with half a jar of amazake and make the cake batter with coconut oil or vegetable butter, flour, baking powder, plant-based milk, and spices or superfoods.
