In winter it usually accompanies cold things like sushi. This type of soup or broth is usually taken as a restorative during colds. It is usually served in small lacquered bowls to drink it directly from them without using a spoon, although the solid ingredients are eaten with chopsticks.
How to use:
For consommé:
Heat water, until boiling point. In 1 bowl add the contents of an envelope and add a little hot water, stirring so that there are no lumps. Add the rest of the hot water. Small cubes of Biográ tofu can be added.
For soups:
Make the soup of your choice and when you are going to serve it, add one sachet of Biográ Miso Soup, per person and stir. Add small dices of Biográ tofu
