Skipped tuna loins, "Skipjack", (Katsuwonus pelamis), from controlled and sustainable fishing, caught by artisanal coastal fishermen of the Central-East and Northeast Atlantic (FAO Zones 27.X.a.2 -Azores Islands- / 34.I.2 -Canary Islands- / 34.III.12 -Senegal Coast-). Fished with a rod one by one and packed in the traditional marinade made with first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, apple vinegar and paprika, all from certified organic farming.
