Durum wheat semolina is low in cholesterol and a source of vitamin K, which promotes proper blood clotting and helps strengthen the bone system. Enriched with spirulina, a type of unicellular blue-green seaweed, a source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and 75% protein. It does not contain cellulose, which makes it easy to digest. Made with ingredients from organic farming, without chemical additives.
