The production method used for rice pasta requires a lot of experience and skill. The process used to dry this pasta takes considerably longer and is much gentler than for durum wheat pasta, for example.
The production itself comprises the following steps: rice flour and water are mixed to form a homogeneous mass which is then pressed into shape through dies. Immediately after the pressing process, the dough forms are dried and then packaged. This gentle processing method preserves the valuable ingredients and makes the pasta particularly light and tasty.
