TASTING NOTES - Hojiblanca

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Hojiblanca variety; On the nose, medium-high fruity green olive with ripe notes of fresh fruits. It highlights the vegetable tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana with memories of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, mint and blackberry.

On the palate, it is elegant and sweet at the entrance, reminiscent of the aromas perceived on the nose. Slightly bitter and progressively spicy until the end of the throat. Medium structure and very balanced.
