Overworks Cosmic Strawberry&Vanilla is a Session India Pale Ale, fermented with Brettanomyces, after fermentation it is inoculated with Cher Ami, a house sour culture, containing malted barley, malted wheat and oats. Aged in Foeders for six weeks. Infused with grapefruit zest and dry-hopped with citra hops.

Overworks Cosmic Strawberry & Vanilla was brewed with an original gravity of 1.055, using malted barley, malted wheat, and malted oats. A variety of hops were added to the tank during the boil. After the wort cooled, it was transferred to a fermentation vessel in our cellar. Our own Brettanomyces yeast strains were used.
After fermentation, the beer was inoculated with Cher Ami, our house sour yeast culture. It contains malted barley, malted wheat, and malted oats. The beer was then aged in an Italian foeder for twelve months. It was then refermented with strawberries and infused with vanilla.
