Bélgica
Brewed by Brouwerij Van Steenberge. Created in 1988, following the success of another of its strong beers, Gulden Draak
What's more, the same strain of wine yeast is used for fermentation in both. As Piraat survives any storm, it's no wonder that it can be found in every corner of the world.

Piraat
A very strong Belgian special beer, 10.5% alcohol, top fermented and with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Piraat
Amber-colored and somewhat cloudy, the Piraat and not only for its name, starts aggressively, with abundant foam and a variety of surprising aromas, reminiscent of different types of malted and herbs.
From its flavor we appreciate the alcohol at first, but its second fermentation gives it a body that is rounding to a dry and pronounced bitterness.
The Piraat goes very well with seasoned fish, grilled or stewed rabbit, small game meat and strong cheeses and blue.
