In this interval of time, it has gone from being a limited quantity production to a beer that is brewed all year round.

Special Belgian Christmas beer, 9.5% alcohol, top-fermented, with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
It has a coppery blonde color, with white, fluffy, and persistent foam.
The aromas are fine and smooth, with hints of fruit, yeast, and spices.
The taste is complex and fruity, with notes of yeast and coriander, and a slightly bitter presence of hops that lingers towards a dry finish.
For tasting, it is recommended to serve at cellar temperature (12°C) as an aperitif or accompanied by pâté. The manufacturer recommends it with pickled eels.
