Avec Les Bons Voeux means "With the best wishes". Born in 1970 with the purpose of being consumed during the Christmas season, and that year, it was only offered to the best customers of the Dupont brewery in a very limited edition.
During this time interval, it has gone from being a limited quantity production to a beer that is brewed all year round.

It has a coppery blond color, with white, fluffy, and persistent foam.
The aromas are fine and soft with notes of fruit, yeast, and spices.
The taste is complex and fruity, with yeast and coriander flavors and a slightly bitter hop presence that lingers towards a dry finish.
For tasting, it is recommended to serve at cellar temperature (12°C) as an appetizer or paired with pâté. The manufacturer recommends it with pickled eels.
