The Picual Oil: An early green EVOO with fresh aromas of grass, tomato, and olive leaf, with significant hints of almond and artichoke. In the mouth, it is very well balanced with a medium-low bitterness and intense spiciness.
The harvest has been carried out in October in the early morning hours, so that the collection temperature and subsequent milling is below 20ºC.
