This seasoning is composed of: turmeric, food coloring, cloves, paprika, salt, white pepper and thyme

It is a mixture of powdered spices suitable for all types of rice dishes, especially paella, it also fits very well with noodle stews.

Add a tablespoon of the preparation per kg of rice in the sauce. It will give a good touch of flavour, colour and aroma
