Unique Pago de Tharsys is ee-yellow-green color. Very pale and bright, with thin and abundant bubbles, that come from the bottom of the cup, dragging a fragrant and delicate aroma of Mediterranean fruit, apricot, medlar, apple, pear... Interspersed with subtle touches of dairy, toasted almonds and white flowers.
Persistent bubbles that are accentuated in a special way in the mouth, where together with its excellent acidity confer to its superb body, unctuosity and freshness and a long and tasty final that recreates us with sensations of fresh fruit and notes of exotic citruses.
