This is a product, natural without additives, preservatives or stabilizers, from the livestock in Soria, whose control and sanitation we guarantee. After daily milking, it is kept in refrigeration tanks at 4ºC until collection. Its pasteurization, homogenization and packaging ensure that it does not lose any of its natural properties. The pasteurization process, uniform heating at a temperature between 79ºC and 84ºC for 15 seconds, combined with the quality of the milk from the source, gives it that characteristic flavor and freshness of our pasteurized milk.
