Inntaler is the invigorating composition of sweet honey quinces, fruity Williams pears and forest raspberries. Named after the region of origin of our eau-de-vie distillery, this exquisite combination of three forms a harmonious and delicately harmonious eau-de-vie specialty afrutada.Los fruits are initially fermented and distilled separately from each other. Only then do we combine the three heart pieces to form a cuvée: our Inntaler. The exact proportion of the individual varieties is a closely guarded family secret.Over the years of maturation, the fine, multi-layered fruit aromas combine to form an unmistakable eau-de-vie: complex fruity pear-like quince with a hint of wild raspberry.
